He is survived by: his aunt Sandra; and his cousins, Meryl Greenspan (Grant), Donna Furu (Phil), Jackie (Russell), Rachel, Tess, Ben (Amy), Hannah, David, Kathy, Ilene, Austin (Dara) and Ross (Erin). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
