He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Chipps and Helen Rusciano. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Christopher and Laura; his sister JoanAnn Pryschlak (Peter); his children, Maria and Peter Paul (Jaime); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alaya, Chloe, Kylie and Chelsea.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (692 US-6, Mahopac, NY 10541). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James the Apostle Church (14 Gleneida Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512).
