He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dobson and Blanche Dobson (Avery). He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth Noelle Dobson and David McKinley Dobson; his wife Joanne Abele; his children-in-law, Myriam Denoncourt-Dobson (Rebecca Cosgrove) and Bill Cosgrove; his grandchildren, Nikita, Jordan, Abigail Kohomban, Serena and Shea Dobson; his sister Sallee Dunton; Jeremy Kohomban.
