She is survived by: her husband Edward Higgins; her children, Betty Roscher of Ephrata, PA and Ed Higgins (JoAnn) of Brewster, NY; her brother Louis Riso of Goshen, NY; her granddaughters, Joann, Jessica, Justine and Jaclyn; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Carter, Lorelei, Charlotte, Logan and Stella.
