He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Faiella and Bruce A. Gustin, Jr.; and his brother George D. Gustin. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas J. Gustin of Ossining and Maxwell R. Gustin of Ossining; his close friend Debra B. Rothstein; his siblings, Bruce A. Gustin III, Richard F. Gustin (Carol), Michael J. Gustin (Joanna) and Marie "Mollie" Gustin (Thomas H. Lyon, MD); and his nephew Fred Gustin.
