He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Janette Brown; his brothers, Francis and Kenneth Vanbramer; his wife Tina Bishop; his children, Derek, Kristy, David Jr. and Dylan Bishop; his siblings, Betsy Vanbramer, Barbara Vanbramer, Sharon Brown and James Brown (Kim); and his grandchildren, Haylee Way and Weston Bishop.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Traub Funeral Home (7975 NY-31, Bridgeport, NY 13030). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bridgeport VFW (516 NY-31, Bridgeport, NY 13030).
