She was predeceased by : her mother Dorothy F. Farley. She is survived by : her husband David Turtura; her children, Scott Bathke (Brandy), Heather Palamara (John) and Amy Hughes (Chad); and her grandchildren, Morgan (Ryan), Hannah, Kali (Austin), Jonathen, Kasey, Chad Jr., Sydnee and Rosalee. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 in honor of Grammy's memory.
