He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Theresa Frate Mosher. He is survived by: his father Howard Mosher, Sr. (Teri) of Canastota; his son Howard Mosher III of Verona; his siblings, Dallas Mosher (Amy) of Oswego, Luke Mosher (Amanda) of West Monroe, Brandon Mosher of East Syracuse and Jessica Mosher of New Berlin; and his close friends, Kathy Snyder and Bridgeport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Delaney Greabell Adydan Funeral Home (241 Kinne St, East Syracuse, NY 13057).
