We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2025, at the age of 89, Jacqueline Brant of Bridgeport, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jacqueline had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jacqueline may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Brant and Ida Loft Brant; her husband James Albert Brant; and her son-in-law James Turner. She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Turner, Cheryl Lynch, Vickie Sitnik (Mark) and Sue Russo (Tom); and her sister Wilma Maracle. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Traub Funeral Home Inc. (7975 NY-31, Bridgeport, NY 13030). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
