He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Perks and Mary Perks; his brother Steven Perks; and his nephew Matthew Perks. He is survived by: his wife Tracey; his children, Veronica Perks (Adam), Sidney Perks (Korey), Jeffrey Perks and Kayla Kelly; his granddaughters, Kennedy and Ellie Jane; and his siblings, Jeannie Petty (David), Mike Perks (Allie), Kathy Perks (Frank), Karen Perks and Lori McGee (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
