It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Quell of Bridgeport, New York, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his sister Carol Menzel. He is survived by : his close friend Susan; his daughters, Samantha (Roy) and Elizabeth (Ron); his grandchildren, Liam and Riley; his siblings, Pete (Joan), Connie DiMond (Bill) and Chris Norton; and his brother-in-law Doug Menzel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
