He was predeceased by: his parents, James Decker and Lucille Decker (Mahady); his mother-in-law Madeline Oliver (Bush); and his brother-in-law Cleveland Shoemaker. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his siblings, Patricia Decker, Pamela O'Donnell (Tim) and David Decker (Cyndi Deep); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Wilson and Elaine Patterelli. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
