He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth and Lucretia Felker; and his siblings, Robert, Jack, Elizabeth Felker and Shirley Austin.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Milisavljevich and Edwin Felker; his grandchildren, Eddie Kane, Adrian Milisavljevich and Kimberlin Sickau; and his brothers, David Felker and Kenneth Felker. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
