He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Kroog and Catherine Kroog (Timms); and his brother Charles Joseph Kroog Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Nancy (Ross); his children, Matthew (Marlene), Patrick (Kira), Katie Birish (Thomas) of Port Jervis and Michael (Sarah) of Stony Point; and his siblings, Kathleen Lawless (Ed), Sharron Magnussen and James (Kathleen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
