He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ray and Frances Ray (Vergona); and his sisters, Marion Ray and Josephine Fabozzi. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ricciardi Ray; his children, Diane Elliott (Terry) of Deerfield Beach, FL, John F. Ray Sr. (Tracey) of Perth, Marie McNeil of Amsterdam and Susan Ray of Broadalbin; and his stepsons, Joseph DiLorenzo of Schenectady and Anthony DiLorenzo of Clifton Park. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren and a niece.
