He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mattice and Geradine Mattice (Bradt); his wife Linda L. Mattice; and his brother Allan Mattice. He is survived by: his children, Doug Mattice (Michelle) and Karyn Polikowski (John); his grandchildren, Breana, Paige and April; his great grandchildren, Valentina and Gianna; and his sisters, Sally, Catherine, Linda and Jerilyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
