He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Winney Kozlowski; his children, Kevan Kozlowski of Broadalbin and Kameryn Curtis (Ryan) of Galway; his brother Jeffrey Kozlowski (Theresa) of Broadalbin; his stepmother Jean Audy of Schenectady; his stepbrother Peter Czubernat (Sue) of Schenectady; his grandchildren, Landon and Karsyn; and his nephew Justin.
