He is survived by: his children, Michael Hart (Annie) of Whitinsville, MA and Jackie-Teresa Hart of Bothell, WA; his stepdaughter Heidi Quinn of Auburn, MA; his siblings, Harvey (Sharon), Henry Hart (Lisa) of Mayfield, Sean Hart (Marguerite) of Amsterdam, Heidi Zeno (David) of Amsterdam, Abigal Gisondi (Mike) of Rochester and Amy Mogensen (Matt) of Mayfield; his grandsons, Jayson, Benjamin, Ryan and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Molly and Anya. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Union Mills Cemetery (5 Union Mills Rd, Broadalbin, NY 12025). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stratton VA Hospital or to the American Heart Association, in care of the funeral home.
