He was predeceased by: his sister Darlene. He is survived by: his wife Sara; his siblings, Janette (Stan), Walt, William (Dawn) and JoAnn; his daughters, Danielle, Madeline (Mathew) and Carolyn (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Leah, Ella, Natalie, Matilda, Brennan and Rowan.

In lieu of sending flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
