He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Bissell and Ruth Rayburn; and his daughter-in-law Connie Bissell. He is survived by: his wife Cora; his children, Ronald, Timothy (Emily Dennstedt) and Mary (Aaron Ballou); his grandchildren, James (Ashley), Bryan (Kayla), Chris (Shery), Daniel and Amelia; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Jr., Matthew, Cayden, Joshua, Bella, Bradley, David, Addison and Elijah.
