David P. Hosmer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David P. Hosmer of Brocton, New York, who passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact David had on those he encountered along his journey. Though David may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Hosmer; and his wife Sharon M. Burnside. He is survived by: his mother Violet Mohr On (Fred) of Galeton, PA; his daughter Mae Li (Kyla) of Chambersburg; his siblings, Leonard Hosmer of Portage, Richard Hosmer of Portville, NY and Deborah Pagano of Belair, MD; and his stepsisters, Lischa Estrada (Jimmy) of Quakertown and Michelle Faust (George) of Willow Grove.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James Cemetery.
