He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ottaway and Treva Ottaway (Saunders); and his former wife Peggy Elizabeth Ottaway (Wilcox). He is survived by: his brothers, Gordan, Arthur and Richard; his wife Judith A Ottaway; his children, Sandra Porter (Larry), William Ottaway (Faith), Scott Ottaway (Crystal) and Randolph Ottaway (Denise); and his stepchildren, Robert Newman (Angel), Andrew Newman and Jennifer Newman. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
