Ann Ventrella Obituary
Ann Ventrella passed away on July 13, 2026. She lived in Co-op City and was raised on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, a neighborhood that stayed close to her heart throughout her life. She was the last surviving of six siblings.
Ann was the beloved mother of three sons, Michael, Joseph, and Anthony, and mother-in-law to Loretta and Alison. She was the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren, who brought her endless joy, and she was equally devoted to her eight great-grandchildren, who filled her later years with just as much love and laughter.
Music was one of the great loves of Ann's life. She could often be found singing with her grandchildren and patiently teaching them to play the piano, sharing her love of music with each of them. She also loved to crochet, a craft she enjoyed throughout her life. She was also a devoted fan of Andrea Bocelli, whose music filled her home.
Above all, Ann treasured her family. More than anything, she wanted her family together, and the times spent surrounded by her sons and grandchildren were her greatest happiness.
Ann is now reunited with her beloved husband, who has been waiting for her for many years, and we take comfort in knowing they are together again.
Ann will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
