He is survived by: his wife Leslie Anne Childs; his children, Diana Childs Minert (Dylan), Dr. Daniel Patrick Childs (Kelsey) and Megan Childs Grant (Michael); and his grandchildren, Arden, McKenna Minert and Winona Grant.
