Through determination and an unrelenting commitment to education, he worked his way up to earn his Ph.D.—a milestone that reflected not only his brilliance, but also his extraordinary perseverance.

Dr. Nazario devoted many years of his life to higher education as an accomplished professor, where he inspired countless students through his wisdom, mentorship, and passion for learning. Education was not simply a profession to him; it was a calling. He believed deeply in the power of knowledge and the importance of uplifting others through guidance and opportunity.

Beyond academia, Dr. Nazario was deeply committed to serving his community. As President of the Rain Senior Center for many years, he dedicated himself to advocating for and enriching the lives of seniors, offering leadership, support, and compassion to countless individuals.
