Gloria Cirilo, 87, passed away on April 16, 2026.

Born and raised in The Bronx, New York, Gloria was known for her strength, honesty, and the way she showed up for others without hesitation. She had a rare ability to connect with anyone she met—never coming across someone who didn't like her. She spoke her mind, always told it how it was, and carried herself with a sense of fairness, never taking sides but always being present when it mattered most.

To her family, she was a devoted mother and an incredible grandmother—a constant source of love, guidance, and support. She will be remembered as the best grandmother, someone who was always there, no matter the situation.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Silvia Rivera, and her beloved grandchildren: Desmond Cordovez, Elliot Morales, Alberto Rivera, and Amanda Rivera.

Gloria's presence, wisdom, and unconditional love will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched.
