It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hilde Schiavo (Bronx, New York), who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathilde Oesterle and Otto Oesterle. She is survived by: her husband James Schiavo. She is also survived by her two sisters in Germany, many nieces and nephews, along with very dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sisto Funeral Home (3489 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10465). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
