He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanito Tolentino and Belen Tolentino (Capati). He is survived by: his wife Veronica Tolentino; his children, Jericco, Janice Mae, Joven, Jarvis and Juvella; his grandchildren, Julius James, Jonas Edward, Josephine Mae and Marlow Jean; his siblings, Cynthia, Emmanuel and Olivia; and his nieces and nephews, Cloyd, Chariza, Jasper, Jermaine and Jonah Anne.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home (1121 Morris Park Ave, Bronx, NY 10461). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Solace Church (731 Morris Park Ave, Bronx, NY 10462).
