He was predeceased by: Aguedo Diaz, Brunilda Diaz, Ricardo Diaz and Angel Luis Morales. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Eric, Carl, Keith, Mark and Cristina; his children-in-law, Meagan, Teresa, Cynthia and Jay; his grandchildren, Christopher and Mia; his siblings, Joe Ortiz, Romualdo Diaz and Aurora Diaz; and his friend Luis.
