He is survived by: his wife Nilda Rivera Medina; his sons, Luis Jr. and Michael; his parents, Iluminada Alicea Rodrguez and Fernando Rodriguez; and his siblings, Julio Cessar Medina, Madeline Medina Renard, Illiana Lopez Santana and Sonia Alicea Delgado. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as all cousins, nieces and nephews.
