She was predeceased by: her husband James Francis; her parents, Enid Richards and Rudolph Richards; and her brothers, Calvin, Leeland, Glenmore and Copeland.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Heslop (Barry) of Toronto, Canada, Patrick Francis (Portia) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Juanita Benbow (Andrew) of Branford, Connecticut and Garth Francis (Stephania) of Ossining; her grandchildren, Luke, Renoula, Tiphani (Eli), Leon, Nikki, Tashina, Adjhani, Tejhanae (Josh), Keren and Ayden; and her sisters, Claudette Smith and Constance Richards. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of God of Mt Vernon (245 S 1st Ave, Mt Vernon, NY 10550). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of God of Mt. Vernon (245 S 1st Ave, Mt Vernon, NY 10550).
