It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maria Piacquadio (Bronx, New York), who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Piacquadio; and her son Joseph Piacquadio. She is survived by: her children, Lily Pozzuto (Angelo) and Angelo Piacquadio (Ruth); her grandchildren, Lisa Pozzuto, Joseph Pozzuto (Liliana), Thomas Piacquadio and Anthony Piacquadio (Andrea); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Tina, Anthony and Dominic Piacquadio.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sisto Funeral Home (3489 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10465). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Benedict's Church (2969 Otis Ave, Bronx, NY 10465). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Saint Raymond's Cemetery (2600 Lafayette Ave, Bronx, NY 10465).
