Maria Vitale Obituary

We announce the death of Maria Vitale (Bronx, New York), who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 80. Maria will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gioacchino DeCicco and Maria DeCicco (Sassone); her daughter Rosaria Vitale; and her siblings, Raffaele DeCicco, Filomena Ritieni and Mario DeCicco.

She is survived by: her husband Vincenzo Vitale; her daughters, Antoinette Zaino (Joe) and Christina D'Urbano (Anthony); her grandchildren, Michael, Vincent, Andrew, Jack, Victoria, Nicholas, Giovanni and Marisa; and her siblings, Italia Tammaro, Antonio DeCicco, Pasquale DeCicco and Pietro DeCicco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
