She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Santiago (Valois Rivera) and Mildred. She is survived by: her husband Angel Javier Hernandez; her children, Eric, Jessica and Samantha; her children-in-law, Omnia, PJ and Aneudy; and her grandchildren, Amani, Eric, Omar, Donovan, Evan, Jessalyn, Jaylah and Lucas.
The family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the charities closest to Millie's heart.
