She was predeceased by: her mother Bettie M. McIntosh. She is survived by: her husband Herman S. McIntosh; her sons, Anthony Holder and Jamel D. McIntosh Sr. (Marva McIntosh); her grandchildren, Jamel D. McIntosh Jr. and Lydia Cowley; her great grandchildren, Prince Cowley and Lydia Cowley; and her cousins, Lekecia Marie Vaughn Smith and Shanica Lynn Vaughn. She is also survived by children, church family, and friends.
