We are sad to announce that, on March 1, 2026, at the age of 68, Patrick Meade (Bronx, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Meade and Madeline Meade; his siblings, Debra, Kevin, Mary, Ann, Madeline and Eleanor; his siblings-in-law, Josephine, John and Henry; his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Madeline, Andrew, Gregory, James, Emma and Katelyn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Theo and Victor.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the American Cancer Society, or the Special Olympics.
