“Pat was my long time buddy, friend, confidant and advisor. He was always welcome whenever he dropped by my restaurants to say hello, fix things and shoot the breeze. We did that a lot, sharing funny stories, laughter and things going on in our lives. Phone calls just to catch up between the two of us were pleasant surprises. A more honest and straightforward man, who adored his wife Phyllis and his family, could not be found. Everyone who knew him will miss him. Our deepest sympathies to all.”
