He was predeceased by: his son Alfred Castorina; his grandchildren, Kristine Castorina, Anthony Schnell (Cailie), Nicole Pistolesi (Danny), Jennie Venno (Nathan) and Cyndi Cuevas (Anibal); his great grandchild Leo Schnell; his parents, Alfio Castorina and Grazia Castorina (Cassisi); and his siblings, Mario Castorina (Ann) and Vivian Palmisano (Tony).
He is survived by: his wife Angie Castorina; his daughter Graceann Castorina; his sister Connie D'Erasmo (Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Marie and Steve Polizzi. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sal received countless awards and recognitions for his contribution to the Community, which will never be forgotten.
