She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Abel and Vernice Abel. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Clinton Bernard; her children, Jonelle (Patrick Jr.), Patrick Jr. and Peter; her siblings, Pearline, Donna, Evon, Winston and Junior; and her sisters-in-law, Ernell, Ann Marie, Andrea and Sandria. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, extended family.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the United Moravian Church (200 E 127th St, New York, NY 10035). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Hartnett Funeral Home (561 Jerusalem Ave, Uniondale, NY 11553). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
