He is survived by: his parents, Andrea Knight and Rupert Knight; his close friend Terry Devonish; his sister Joy Knight; his aunts, Tracelyn Samuel, Christiana Samuel and Gwendolyn Carr; his great-aunt Marie Melchoir; his uncles, Junior Samuel and Peter Joseph; his cousins, Matara Thomas, Alvin Thomas, Lorenzo Thomas, Laron Thomas, Arian Green-Josiah, Cavelle Francis, Denise Francis, Damon, Lorie Merrick, Dr. Jacqueline Jeffries, Kayla Pluviose, Elijah Creel and Dr. Rene Martin; his godfathers, Jean Diggs and Evroy Mike; his friends, Mike, Joe, Ricardo, Derwin, Hugh, Joseph, Derrick, Candice, Kadesja, Stephen and Lamar; and his son Steve.
Whether it was offering extra plates of food to share, cooking for others, assisting with tasks like moving or repairing something, donating clothing to someone in need, or simply lending a listening ear, Steve was always ready to lend a hand with a generous heart.
