He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reverend Ganga and Artie Naraine; his significant other Annette Gonzalez; his daughters, Natasha Heffernan and Shakira Brevick; his sons-in-law, William Heffernan and Russell Brevick; his grandchildren, Anastasia and Billy Jr.; his siblings, Gary Narine, Sammy Naraine, Steven Naraine, David Naraine and Ruth Naraine; and his siblings-in-law, Clayton Pinnock, Emma Narine, Evelyn Naraine, Nadia Naraine and Tiffany Naraine. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
