We are sad to announce that, on March 1, 2026, at the age of 89, Eleanor S. Thorp (Bronxville, New York), born in Nashville, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleanor S. Thorp to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clair and Nancy St. Clair; and her sister Nancy Talley. She is survived by: her husband Peter Thorp; her daughters, Ridgely Donohue (Darryl), Victoria Thorp (Jim Migdal) and Lindsay Rentz (Larry); her grandchildren, Peter (Abby), Timmy (Bianca), Teddy Donohue, Eliza, Blair Migdal, Eleanor and Henry Rentz; and her great grandchild Henry Donohue.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Capabilities (https://www.capeabilitiesfarm.org), an organization in Dennis, Massachusetts that is special for Schatze and Peter.
