He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Eastman; his sons, Richard Mayne (Vicki), Carl Mayne (Kate) and Scott Mayne (Hannah); his grandchildren, Haley, Ashley, Jordan, Caden, Kaylie, Danny and Eli; his great grandchild Jameson; and his sister Evelyn Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends.
