She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Farkouh. She is survived by: her brother William Cury; her children, Catherine Abbott (William Galese), Charles, Gina Farkouh, Stephen and Jeanmarie Farkouh; her grandchildren, Tyler (Terri Abbott), Dale (Monica Abbott), Nicole (Michael Appolonio), Matthew Farkouh, Christopher Farkouh (Natalia Santiago), Stephen (Colleen Farkouh) and Jessica Farkouh (Benjamin Durham); her great grandchildren, Angelina, Anthony, Maltese and Chloe; and her family, Tatyana and Elizabeth.
Her contributions to education extended beyond the classroom.
