She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Jacob Cyrus and Joyce Samuel Cyrus; her sister Glenda Cyrus (Sharon Patrick Gilbert); her uncles, Ristid, Lloyd and Phillip Samuel; and her aunt Vero.
She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Alphonso, Ksama Gumbs, Michael "Mikey" Anderson, Ajamu "Prince" Cyrus and Nathanial "Natty" Anderson; her grandchildren, Ajamu Cyrus, Jr., Nya Cyrus, Ajani Cyrus, Amahle Anderson, Gabriella Anderson, Olivia Anderson, Nathanial Anderson, Jr., Noah Phillips-Cyrus and Shaquan Phillips; and her siblings, Henry, Tony, Kenneth, Glenn, Michelle Cyrus and Debbie of Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family, Goddaughters and dear friends.
