We announce the death of Antonio Porceddu (Brooklyn, New York), who passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 89. Antonio will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Antonio will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Antonio’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara (Tata); his children, Paola and Luigi; and his brother Ezio.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McLaughlin & Sons Funeral Home (9620 3rd Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM.
