She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Sr. Taylor and Mildred Taylor; and her siblings, Lillian, Francis Taylor Jr. and Marion.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Shavers (Constance); her brother Carl Taylor (Audrey); her grandchildren, Nadasha Elkerson (Kengie), Rahmani Shabazz and Kamilah Goodman; and her great grandchildren, Kaiya, Kaemon, Orion, Hezekiah and Harlowe.
