He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Cannavale and Adelaide Cannavale; and his siblings, Vincent and Mary Ann Uglialoro. He is survived by: his wife Maryann Cannavale (Parise); his children, Blase John Cannavale (Donna Cannavale) of Staten Island and Amy Cerreta (Peter Cerreta, Jr.) of Howell; his brother Francis Cannavale of Staten Island; and his grandchildren, Faith, Blase Vincent, Kristen and Luke.
