He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriella Babich (Bubolich) and John Babich; his in-laws, Maria (Yurman) and John Bachich; his brothers, Ettore and Renato Babich; Louisa (Yurman).
He is survived by: his close friend Claudia Brkaric; his children, Rene Babich (Dumas) and Joseph Babich; his sons-in-law, Ed Dumas and Jeff Yorio; his grandchildren, Zoe, Alex Dumas and Aidan Yorio; and his brother Nino Babich. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews.
