He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte; his brother Gerard; and his son Christopher. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce and Margaret; his daughters, Michelle, Susan and Christine; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Valerie, Caleigh, Christopher, Nicholas, Ryan, Lauren, Julia, Ava, Connor and Andrew.

Although Charlie always loved flowers, the family would also request that you consider a donation in Charlie's name to the Long Island State Veteran's Home at 100 Patriots Road, Stony Brook, NY 11790 Attn: Community Relations.
